Contact and support
Contact IS Jobs
The right contact depends on whether you are correcting a job, reporting a software problem, or looking for help with an account.
Listing corrections and season questions
For an inaccurate, expired, or missing job, open the relevant season and use the maintainer information published there. Include the IS Jobs listing URL, the exact field that needs attention, and a link to the employer’s original posting. Season maintainers can review public job data, but they cannot access account details or private trackers.
You can also submit an evidence-backed correction through the documented REST API or MCP server. Agent suggestions enter a private moderation queue and never change the public listing automatically.
Software, access, and security questions
For reproducible bugs, accessibility problems, or developer-documentation issues, use the public GitHub repository. Do not place passwords, passkeys, API tokens, session cookies, private tracker data, or other sensitive information in a public issue. The repository is public, and everything posted there should be treated as public information.
IS Jobs does not collect login email addresses and cannot send account-recovery messages. Keep at least one working sign-in method connected. If every sign-in method is lost, the service may not be able to recover the account. API and MCP setup instructions, authentication scopes, and machine-readable contracts are available in the developer guide.
IS Jobs is an online community project rather than a company with a physical support office, telephone desk, or sales team. No postal address or phone-support number is published for the service.
